Disclaimer
Any items of jewellery that are custom made to order are individual. Please be advised that there may be minor flaws and slight variations in products from the photographs on our website. This is due to the natural materials we use.

​Although we keep a sufficient amount stones and beads in stock, on a rare occasion where we are unable to source a specific item and no longer able to make piece of jewellery ordered, we will get in contact via email to inform you. We always endeavour to provide you with an alternative suggestion, or give you the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

When ordering online, only when a confirmation email and invoice is received and settled, is the order classed as confirmed.

Please note jewellery and gemstones damaged by incorrect cleaning procedures (see Product Care page) cannot be repaired.
