Dispatch Time

Items that are in stock at the time of purchase are dispatched within 1-2 working days providing payment has been received.

If an item is being made to order, dispatch can take between 1-2 weeks unless agreed with myself beforehand. I will always strive to meet your requirements as a valued customer.

​

Any items requiring hallmarking by law, may and can have up to a 4 week turn around.

​

As I know life is hectic, if you have a last minute order or an urgent request please do not hesitate to contact me. We can discuss my current available stock which can be delivered or collected ASAP, or how long it will take to get the required item made.

When selecting the "Collection" option for your purchase, you will notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Once this email is received a convenient time can be arranged. If you prefer to be contacted by a different communication method, please let me know.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Uk - £3.50

(Not tracked or insured)

Royal Mail aim for 1-2 working days for delivery after dispatch from Silver Element Jewellery.

If you select Royal Mail 1st class Signed For your item of jewellery will not be insured, therefore cost of jewellery will not be refunded if your parcel is lost in the post.

Royal Mail Special Delivery UK - £7.00

(Tracked And Insured)

 

Royal mail aim for 1-2 working days for delivery after dispatch from Silver Element Jewellery.

If you select Royal Mail Special Delivery this will give you the option to track your parcel when posted via the Royal Mail website. Royal Mail will cover the costs of the parcel in the case of it getting lost, compensation of us to £500.

Unfortunately, at this time there is no option for international delivery.

How do I "Track" my parcel?

If you select ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ or ‘Tracked & Signed’ option when purchasing from Silver Element Jewellery, after your item has been dispatched you will be notified via email and your tracking number will be attached.

Returns

As our pieces of jewellery are custom made to order and size, returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty.

​

Faulty Items

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All damaged returns will be subject to an inspection before a suggested course of action can be discussed.

When exchanging a faulty item, please be aware that I can only replace it for the same product in the same colour and style, subject to availability. Where possible, I will offer to repair faulty items.

​

If there is an occasion when jewellery may need repairing due to excessive wear or damage outside of the 2 month guarantee, I offer a high quality value for money repair service if the piece of jewellery is in a repairable state.
